What we collect
Basic visit analytics and the details you submit in forms. CampusCart submissions include seller name, WhatsApp number, item details, price, optional location and photos. Pending submissions are visible to admins; approved listings show those details to anyone with the page link. CampusCart listings expire from public browsing after 30 days, but their records may remain for moderation and safety unless deletion is requested. Paid vendor plans are currently handled by MoMo outside the website; the site does not collect card details through an online checkout.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for analytics only. There are no tracking ads at launch.
Site assistant
Questions sent to the FindIt assistant are processed to search the site's catalogue, CampusCart listings and help content. The assistant does not save a chat history to your account or the site's database. Do not enter payment details or sensitive personal information in chat.
Affiliate links
Some vendor links are affiliate links — clicking them never changes your price; we may earn a small commission if you buy. We say so where it applies.
How long we keep data
Report data is kept for 12 months, then anonymised. Contact messages are kept for 24 months.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of anything you submitted by emailing us from the address you used.
